With over a decade of experience in the risk adjustment space, I have worked on building and enhancing products for data reporting, retrospective review workflows, and analytics tailored for physicians. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed firsthand how vendors often operate with a limited, highly specialized talent pool. While this expertise is valuable, its limited distribution has created knowledge silos that restrict broader participation and innovation.

I believe that building systems for collaboration and knowledge-sharing can help break down these silos. By creating an inclusive community around risk adjustment, we can collectively drive improvements in healthcare by minimizing acquisition costs related to resources, technology, and administrative overhead.

Currently in stealth mode, I am on a mission to demystify what I’ve learned and share my experiences openly. My focus is to empower stakeholders at health plans—big and small—to work together, build tools collaboratively, and unlock efficiencies in risk adjustment. I envision a future where healthcare stakeholders can innovate, learn, and share, all with the common goal of delivering better care while reducing unnecessary costs.

This is more than a personal mission—it’s a crusade for change. I hope to lead this effort alongside a community of like-minded individuals as we work to make healthcare better for everyone.
